This is an odd one and more so because I can't see the whole article but on the face of it, if this ailment was minor and non-life threatening, why did this man chose to sit for ten hours? As far as the casualty staff are concerned, why did they think it appropriate to ask a child to wait so long?

now i wonder what time he took his daughter up there..if you phone the health centre after 11pm you are told to go to the doctor but he is now placed at the IRH as there is no one at the health centre...did he phone and find out he had to go up there to see the doctor which probably could have been quicker or did he just go up there to see anyone... 10 hours is a bit much for anyone to wait...i would have just waited and contacted the doctor
