From Inverclyde Now:

NEWARK Primary School in Port Glasgow is getting £1,250 from the Big Lottery Fund’s 2014 Communities programme to provide a 25-week extra-curricular programme of street dance for girls in primary four to seven.

Would it not suit them better to give them some books? Street dance? Is that not what they do in the ghettos in Los Angeles?
