www.greenocktelegraph.co.uk/news/gourock/articles/2012/05/30/429742-fury-over-ferry-issue/This stinks like a rotten fish. I reckon it might not be long before the cops are being brought in here. Aikman has failed to comply with this contract in virtually all respects yet this clown, Eric Stewart seems to think it's alright. If that is the case, why did he get the contract and why should plans be afoot to refurbish a vessel that should have been fit for purpose from day one. The truth is out there, will no one discover it for us?

Nope Tiddles cause it is not in their interests to publish why the contract was awarded to Clydelink.
I am shocked it is not in the contract that they are required to provide a backup vessel o what is a lifeline link.
What happens when his tub goes in for a refit? A replacement bus service for god knows how long or back to the fishing boat he used the last time.

Perhaps Mr Stewart should get a visit from Strathclyde Police.

Maybe a Scottish Government enquiry into the awarding on the contract might be a good idea
