i saw a man today with his wee kiddy who couldnt be anymore than 8 weeks old....he had her out the pram down at the water feeing the swans and cignets.....did he not think of protecting the babies head from the sun NO......he was standing at the water for nearly 20minutes with this wee one in his arms before putting her in the pram and covering her with the wee parasol......how silly can you be, do they not realise that the sun is beating down on that baby's head
