My my, Dunky is fairly getting into technical matters here. First of all it's Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation and I am unaware of any secrecy surrounding the procedure or it's widespread implementation. It's a damned tricky procedure and requires expert training and training and at that skill level takes a long time and a lot of resources to achieve.
Who suggested this to you? I think if you are going to make sweeping statements about matters that you no FUCK all about you should at least give us your source. Was it some Bolshie UNISON member?
Joyce did get her treatment in the end thanks mainly to Nicola Sturgeon and NOT you. What you seem to be missing in your ill-informed outburst is that whilst the Scottish Government has ultimate say when it comes to health service matters, most of the day to day policies and decisions are taken by vast unaccountable health boards whose creation YOU voted for when you were in power under wee Jacky. This kind of rubbish seems to be Labour Party policy nowadays, blame your successors for your mistakes (see my comments about last week's shite from McKenzie).
Let me offer you a strong word of advice, when it comes to medical matters, shut your trap unless you are being supportive or constructive. You are cynically using the plight of sick people for your own pathetic, political ends.
It has been suggested to me that the reason this report was being kept behind closed doors was for fear of fuelling an already hot debate on the issue

Those of you familiar with the Joyce Juszczak case will know that eculizumab can help treat the symptoms of the rare blood disease - paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria.
Like Cecelia Bradley, Mrs Juszczak had to go through an arduous process to get the treatment she so dearly needed.
If Mrs Bradley and Mrs Juszczak had access to these reports earlier, it may well have put them in a better position to make their case for the treatment they required.
