www.greenocktelegraph.co.uk/news/freecontent/articles/2012/05/01/428098-ferry-service-remains-cancelled/Right, it's time this eejit was told to, 'beat it'. Aikman has failed at everything he has tried to do but there's a difference between buggering up a fruit shop and leaving a trail of debt and running a lifeline ferry service. The contract should NEVER have been awarded to this lot but clearly Strathclyde PTE simply accepted the lowest without checking to see if Aikman could do it. Get him and his floating bedpans to hell and get someone reliable to replace him. Mark my words, there will be loss of life if things don't change!!!!

It was only a matter of time before his service fell on it a***.
The sad fact is he doesn't even have a backup boat to put in service when his main boat has engine issues unlike the last operator of this contract.
I for one know I wouldn't fancy a 90 min bus trip one way.

How many replacement bus services have they had to operate now?
Does stink a bit. I see from Clydelink's website they are now operating on Loch Lomond
