Ooops, I created another thread on this and I'll take it down. I did make the point that poor Ali, the investigator had better have some good protection.

I would hate to see the SNP caught up in this and I truly think the ralf should think twice about what hat to wear, the bus companies or the peoples. Even with the best will in the world, wearing two hats will never work.

Oh I think you'll find that Roberts has one hat and ONE hat alone. Ask yourself why he suddenly appeared looking for a candidacy when no one had ever heard of him. Something similar happened in ancient Troy involving a wheeled conveyance..now what was it? ?

I totally agree Tidds, a wee dark horse it was, and remember the damage, so why are the SNP allowing it, are they even questioning it. I have never received a reply from SNP headquarters when I inquired about it.

They found themselves in an appalling situation of being poised to take control of the council when suddenly they found they had too few candidates. Suddenly, someone who is, "a charming man with a clear determination about where he and McGill’s are going" and who offers his, "charming" services as a candidate. Offers that look too good to be true usually are just that but Mr Crowther bit anyway and Roberts was adopted.
I'd vote Tory, yes Tory before I'd vote for Ralphy Roberts

Indeed not and any independent candidates with the possible exception of Ahfield are dotty to say the least. I am really very angry about the situation. We can only hope that the complexity of the voting forms will flummox the half-wits who vote labour.

God I'd forgotten about that show. Richard Bradford was a graduate of the Actor's Studio in New York and as a consequence couldn't act

it is even more imperitive that Ralf is not voted in under the SNP, if the rest of the parties are going to be looking for mud to sling, they wont have to look far. I have a very uneasy feeling about this.

Oh I don't think Labour has any room to talk, it was under them and under TWO councillors in particular that the McCorleones came to the fore. There were also two high profile Liberal councillors involved as well.
