Get rid of all the leaching little groups and organisations like the Bristow Empire and all those shadowy people who haunt the Craigend Resource Centre and dump Riverside Inverclyde. There would then be enough cash around to provide a whole battalion of traffic wardens. Oh and send Nell up to Kincaid House
