Well I am not in the least convinced that justice was done in this case. These vile rodents left their homes, 'tooled up' with murderous weapons yet the Fiscal allowed them to plead to the less serious charge of, 'culpable homicide'. They claimed that had merely meant to, 'frighten him'. This is as plausible as the 9-11 scum suggesting that they just meant to give the USA a wee scare. If you leave home with weapons and you intend to attack someone whether to 'scare' them or not and you kill them, you are guilty of murder.
These bastards will be back on the streets in their mid twenties whilst they are still young whereas their victim will be padding about the highways and byways of oblivion or heaven depending upon your beliefs. They will also be heroes.
I reckon our PF department needs a good weeding out and our sheriffs and judges need some retraining. Locking these animals up for a short time sends the wrong message out to all the other little darlings in our town who STILL carry weapons.
There is a family now who will weep forever and another that will be rejoicing safe in the knowledge that they will see their sons again in THIS life.

yea tidds it is such a shame....we are friendly with the uncle and aunt of christopher and i feel for them with those scum bags getting off so lightly.....hope they rot in jail....i wouldnt want to be them when they are released that is for sure
