www.dailyrecord.co.uk/news/health-news/2012/04/04/inspectors-call-for-better-care-for-the-elderly-at-the-western-infirmary-86908-23812951/It'll be VERY interesting when they get around to IRH. I have witnessed sick and immobilised patients having a tray of, 'food' dumped at them and left despite being unable to use the knives and forks. NO nurse checks whether the patient eats the food or not and invariably the, 'food' aka shite is taken away. If you complain you are told that they are just too busy to attend to everyone. LIARS, the qualified staff spend their time clatting in the wee howf. If they think they are overworked, take them down to Amazon and have them do a couple of shifts then they'll know what being overworked is all about. It is an essential part of nursing to know whether or not your patient has eaten or not, if any nurse cannot see that, they are in the wrong profession and maybe should sod off to NHS24 in Clydebank and get their H grade and enter semi-retirement by talking shite on the phone so sick people.
