? Sorry Rab, I don't believe you. Hurry up and empty your desk, you're a waste of space who should have been booted out years ago. The doors of the Social Work Department or whatever fancy name it has now need to be thrown open so that we can see the level of incompetence achieved by your lamentable team of so-called social workers. I have in all honesty never met anyone who has a good word to say about your team and my own experience of them has at times moved me almost to point of offering physical violence to some of them.
Social workers are there to serve the council and NOT the poor benighted bastards who need the help. Real help seems to come from charities and volunteers rather than your highly paid vultures. Bugger off!
The proposed redesign will see no reduction in the number of permanent core service staff and the proposals which are still being developed will have no adverse effect on the quality or capacity of the service provided
