I reckon this needs looked at again very, very closely. I am no fan of that little shrew Munro but this is chaos. These Clydelink people simply popped up and made extravagant proposals about building new, purpose built boats and then suddenly the plans fall through and the obtain a vessel that I would not care to sail on in anything above a force 3.
The tender should be declared void and new ones invited. Clydelink should be excluded because they tried it on. Perhaps the McCorleones might want to make a bid..or perhaps they already did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
I wouldn't trust the SPT with a toy boat let alone ferry services and I think it is time we were shot of them.
