If my informants are right, they are getting it for f*** all. Cigna have brought employment to this area for years. My information is that they where going to move out the area as their current offices are two small as they are expanding their workforce with more jobs to come. They looked at Valley Park and the landlord was asking a huge amount of money for their third rate offices(I work their so Iknow how s*** the office accomodation is). So I really don't care even if they are getting a rent free period the most important thing is that the employment stays in this area and they pay reasonable wages with good benefits for their employees

Valley Park - whit a disaster that place is turning out to be. The wummin in charge was shouting about all the companies wanting to move there, in fact she was always saying a big announcement soon on big name businesses - fek all has happeneed

God knows how the expect companies to move in when the place is such a state. They still have a tree down in the carpark which has been there since the last storm. The only big annoucement for Valley Park will be when IBM decide to move elsewhere. Or the knock the place down to builkd more houses.
