i am having problems just now with my wireless connection i am with talk talk i have to use the lan wire but i hate phoning them up because it is india you get and trying to understand them is a nightmare

i got a welsh guy one day with sky it was the same could not understand a word and i used to deliver to Wales a lot but on the phone compleatly differant

when they speak with a dialect its hard when your on the phone...when you see them face to face you can understand them better.....remember to ask for an english speaker if you have to phone anyone

heres a scam for you home owners who pay their comunity charge are being billed every year by inverclyde council, riverclyde home and larkfield housing ass for cutting grass, repairing damaged and vandelised fencing and walls that is not near or on their property if a car is stolen and dumped they get charged for the removal of it, and if they dont pay it they are told legal action will be taken agenst them and interest added the people pay it because they are scared they are taken to court, to me this is extortion and intimidation i have sent Stuart McMillan an e-mail about this i will see if i get a positive answer

well i have told him if some thing is not done about it i am contacting the national papers i dont like cameron or his party but i have told him i will be contacting him as well, cameron will jump on both the labour party and SNP to get a feather in his cap

remember my dad took that to court he was paying his council tax and a community charge to the then james watt housing.
His argument was that he was paying twice for the same job
The judge said council tax applies to everyone and as he had bought his house when james watt took over the housing scheme he was then entitled to pay them, but if he never bought his house then it would have been paid through the rent.
Lost that case in court but believe it or not , on the way out my mam heard that the Garvel boat club case was up next, my dad went right in there and stopped the whole case as nobody in the boat club had been informed of this case, another wee sneaky bit by CPA and the council.
The case was stopped and the IDC said that they did advertise about Garvelpoint and the developements...............aye in a Ayrshire paper,that loophole is yet to be closed.
It should be that all local planning etc be in local papers only.
He won that case

when i worked in frasers i forgot to pay it i was two weeks late never missed a payment they arrested my wages and bank account left me with no money

its always the same.....because your a good payer your noticed if you forget....if you arent a good payer for some reason they dont bother

Another thing neartic, I bought my house from the council and only pay council tax, but I know where you are coming from, it seems you only pay the extra if you bought from anyone else but the council. I was trying to think when my dad took it to court and it must be over 12 years ago, remember a guy and a few others were fighting the same case from Gourock.

i went to see the bank manager and he told me that will never happen again you have a £400 overdraft i said i cant afford that it will not cost you a penny he said and while you have an overdraught they cannot arrest your wages or bank account

There you go , a bank manager that finally looks after his customers interest, now all you have to remember ITS NOT YOUR400 POUNDS and all shall be well, but really I totally agree that this double dealing with repairs and cleaning up should not be paid for twice.
