This is the problem with this council, they keep running these, 'feel good' things but never tell us how much of our money is lavished on them. This one is particularly off the wall.

basically its an anti bullying piecs...i just looked it up on google....they will ohhhh and ahhhh and then go out and stiffen someone in the playground....what a waste of time, effort and money.....surely the teachers have enough to do like teaching the vowels....
i remember asking a kid who was in secondary what his vowels was...he couldnt even tell me, never heard of them
