come on horn.....someone like that will get away with it....he has been getting away with it for years...his flats are terrible and they are soaking wet....they are unlivable

I know that Linda , this guy depended on addict to rent his flats so he got the money and the addicts got a wee bung. The whole of Inverclyde knew the game he played but the council will say he is not a criminal but a business man................regardless, the guy is a chancer . Where were the council who are supposed to check out a flat to see if it worth the rent.

horn, i dont think the council bother.....especially up in port glasgow they should check out those flats to see exactly what the housing benefit is paying for...i bet they would be shocked
