www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-glasgow-west-23314933So who is impressed with their half time performance, or should that be termed half witted. Let us not forget that teh local regeneration company has Labour stamped all over it - it is normally established when their local councillors are so out of their depth in terms of economic regeneration that they provide funds to parachute professionals in to the area. And let us also not forget that the Chair Mr Alf Young is also a labour supporter...

......and rentboy Mckenzie was moaning that they had their allocation cut, thank fuck they did as they seriously under performed with the millions they've already had.
After all like rentboy they have under performed on their jobs promises, is that a coincidink?
Rentboy Mckenzie promised 100 jobs in 100 days - FUCK ALL materialised
Riverside inverclyde promised thousands of jobs, next to none have materialised.
But hey ho clydeport have made a fortune and off loaded some polluted land - trebles all round
So the fukwitted coonsilurs had a hand in it too, no surprises there then, fatso Wilson couldn't run a bath, he thinks that mob running the kill reggae ferry are doing a grand job, whit an imbecile. Then there's McCabe and clockerty, aye, no' exactly business minded folk, have either of them actually had a real job
Alf young, piss poor journalist now reduced to writing drivel for the hootsmon

Councillor McCabe is an economics graduate from the University of Strathclyde and works as an associate Director of Govan Housing Association. I am led to believe that he started his career as a finance officer with Inverclyde Council but was put off the programme due to not passing his professional accountancy exams. If true, it is a democratic irony that he should end up as leader of the council...
Councillor Clougherty won an election to the regional council by 1 vote. His election leaflet contained the spelling of his name that I have used, and this must have really been annoying for Councillor Clocherty. He is an insurance salesman.

Didn't clokkerty work in the DHSS at one time too
So that's a variety of public sector non-jobs between them.
Do you still get insurance salesmen, thought tinternet had put paid to most of them?
An economics graduate, wow, take it, the course never had any actual affect on him?

The more we look at this then the more it seems to be an untangling web of claim and counter claim. It appears that the Council via Cllr McCabe, Riverside Inverclyde via labourite Alf Young, and Adrian Gillespie of Scottish Enterprise have all jmped to the defence of the organisation. www.inverclydenow.com/today/9904-united-front-as-riverside-inverclyde-defendedMr Gillespie is a high heid bummer at Scottish Enterprise, as indicated by his position on the senior staff salaries schedule... www.scottish-enterprise.com/about-us/our-leadership/management-team/senior-staff-salaries.aspxThe SNP seem to be sticking the boot into RI based upon this report www.snp.org/media-centre/news/2013/jul/riverside-inverclyde-report-must-be-made-publicand over the weekend on twitter Cllr McCabe and Cllr McEleny were going at it hammer and tongs with accusation and counter accusation. It would appear that Cllr McCabe is upset at the SNP and has branded them "hypocrites" for seemingly supporting the organisation and now attacking it. This seems to be the usual rough and tumble of local politics. However, it begs the question as to how and why someone elses hypocracy should absolve you completely of being incompetent in managing and co managing this organisation. I suppose we will never get an answer to this... For my part, even given the recession that we have been in, the lack of jobs created is a sad indictment on a failed economic model and we really need to think long and hard about what we can do to achieve full economic powers at all levels to address the scourge of unemployment. Yes, yes we do... I have also failed to notice mr McKenzie apologising for the unemployment figures rising in Scotland yet he was so quick last year to compliment the local labour council and his colleagues for a reduction in the same figures. Did I miss that piece...

complete and utter pish!
Apparently a big recession done it and ran away - considering it started before the recession that belies that shite.
How come there's no governance, any proper programme of work would have regular reviews and updates with risks and issues
Teh programme sponsors are obviously pish poor too - same things happen in inverclyde coonsil - remember the future operating model fiasco - that was a lack of governance too
But alas, will this stop mccabe replacing wee donkey mcneil as inverclydes msp - hopefully
Will mccabe be able not to string coherent sentences together like donkey, chew chewing gum with such aplomb and generally be an allround riddie on national TV - he's got some pair a sannies to fill
