Excellent, is this when the new, 'footfall detectors' are going to be installed so that the Jefcoate (another spelling change???) can make her quarterly announcement of super success?

Just who do you think you are you old, crippled sick woman? What makes you think you are entitled to anything, why should we even give a stuff about the EU disabled access laws and why should we even have to bother with you at all when most of our junkies....er customers are happy?

The news comes after disabled pensioner Margaret Bennett spoke to the Telegraph to complain that she was told Crown Street would be included in the current phase.
Margaret, 65, who uses a mobility scooter, said: "I have to wait at the entrance before someone lets me in - 90 per cent of the people are nice but some people have been quite nasty in the past.
"There's not always someone in the centre to open the door. I was told they were going to be replaced when I asked security staff last year."
Ms Jefcoate said: "We are aware of this customer and her complaint.
"I have spoken to our senior security officer who has informed me that this lady has always been assisted any time she phones for help. Security have often gone to open the door for her at Crown street but a member of public had already help her through the doors."
