Where are the figures for the fixed penalty fines? They are handed out like sweeties now for all sorts of things but they don't show on the figures. Also, I don't suppose these glowing results have anything to do with the fact that House was Chief Constable of Strathclyde before he became King of the Pixies?
If anyone thinks these figures are true, let them read both the Tele and IN today. I think the world of Jim McLeod but he should not have commented upon this, all he has done is give the Liebore lot a chance to hit the SNP.
