PISH, PISH and PISH! All that was said was that the ADMINISTRATION of the social security system would remain until it was successfully merged into Scotland. The SNP would immediately make their own benefits policy and it would NOT include the Bedroom Tax and it would NOT include the ATOS purge..FACT!

There is of course no mention of the jobs that would be created when the system administration is eventually brought back to Scotland. Basically all that would be happening in the meantime is that the benefits programme is outsourced...it's astonishing that the Tories and Labour are not pleased about that since they have spent the past 40 years doing it to nearly every business in the country.

Labour’s shadow Scottish Secretary Margaret Curran also slammed the report. She said: “There are no answers to important questions like how social security would be funded or whether people would get out of the system what they’ve paid in during their working life.”
