Street Pastors is a Christian and inter-church initiative and involved volunteers out on the streets at weekends, generally being a calming influence and offering practical help where needed, including free flip-flops for girls whose feet are sore from wearing high heels all evening, lollipops to keep sugar levels up and capes to keep cold bodies warm in freezing conditions. Street Pastors are non-judgemental, offering practical advice about issues facing young people and sharing their Christian faith when asked.

This nearly did for me, I have been laughing so much I'm now exhausted!

god i could have done with them last year when i was in the town, it was that hot that my feet were killing me and it was a new pair of shows so the flip flops would have come in handy.....lollypops is a good idea and the cape would have come in handy for me sailing.....
