How the hell does this money wasting shit help? So the poor bastards who have been punished by the tax have to wait until God knows when before they even get so much as a sniff of a smaller house and even then, how will they have managed when they see their income halved?
Why can't these stinking, lying bastard scum Housing Associations take a leaf out of Leeds council's book by re-classifying their housing stock?
