Yes, that's right, hammer the poor monkeys again. How about putting the same devices in the cars of council officials who claim expenses on top of their HUGE salaries? And while they are at it, why not do the same to the councillors, it would be interesting to see where they go to at the taxpayer's expense. There's one councillor in particular who would NOT like his movements tracked!
