Well there's a £million pounds down the tubes and they'll be dark tubes where the light of the auditor will not shine.
Who in their right mind would want to come here? If you think this loopy idea will work, you are in for a shock when you discover that you can't even PAY people to come. And, it is utterly immoral that you have even considered giving anyone discounts on their council tax when there are thousands of people suffering from the Bedroom Tax.
I have just thought of a better plan, why not introduce a Lebensborn programme? You could round up all the wee junkie whoors and pay them to have weans....tach....you do that already..back to the drawing board.
