I simply cannot understand why any developer/builder would want to build here. They have only just sold most of the original lot and already people are finding it impossible to sell them.
God only knows what toxic stuff lies beneath that soil, I should think that sewage would be the least of their worries. Also I find it amusing that a virtually identical housing project is being rejected by the previous one. Didn't it occur to them that the remaining toxic wasteland..er sorry, ground would be redeveloped?
