Linda we are underpaid and deserve better, our problem is overwork, it separates us from the paid idiots and we really need to be more laid back to get all the top jobs, it seems laziness is overpaid.

Are these the same council persons that moan about cutting essential services because of the council tax freeze? Blaming other parties because they blow their money on themselves

Hellooo Elvis, better late than never.
We shouldn't be surprised, the more directorates, the more committees and the more committees, the more expenses. How on earth did the three towns manage with only three or four people in charge years ago? People like the Town Clerk, Town Chamberlain etc.. They were all paid buttons yet did a sound job with fiscal probity. Back then, there was a huge population and little unemployment.
