You know, I don't blame this git for taking the money but I do accuse the elected officials for paying FAILED executives such disgraceful sums. Inverclyde is a FAILED community, it is dead and the corpse has been left to rot in a liquor of putrefaction.

It'll take a miracle and an intelligent electorate before you are rid of these balloons. In the meantime, stay indoors.
