When this rat is caught, and I hope he will be, let's flay the skin off him and then throw rock salt at his wound. Of course, if he is caught, he'll have all sorts of excuses like, "I was high on Temazepam" or, "my dug just died". He'll get at most three months but more likely it'll be community service.
