I predict a riot! Some of these pipes are nearing two hundred years old and some are still affected by the Blitz so this is necessary but wow, just wait till you see what a bollocks Scottish Water will make of it. Were there no public consultations on this? Most folks will not read about this until it's too late and it is upon them.
