No idea what to say about this. It is so simple to set something up to sort the parking issues, but here we go, fecking politics! I am quite happy to set up a company to collect parking fees and pay a percentage to the council. Anyone want in? I'll even provide the traffic warden uniform Linda ;-)

I'll even provide the traffic warden uniform Linda ;-) (un)fortunately it's not quite as easy as that - although it is a lot easier than the council make it out to be You have to get a change in the law (via Scottish Parliament) to de-criminalise parking, to allow coonsil to set and collect parking fines - that cannot happen overnight
