Now I know our council is full of dodery old plonkers but surely even they can do this a bit quicker! Why the feck does it take over a year to employ a few traffic wardens and buy them a scooter?
And what complete arsehole came up with the idea of a cardboard clock? Let them prove what time I parked when I set the wrong time! They going to buy them digital cameras to carry on their moped?

Nope you are all wrong, they have to call a meeting, work out how many relatives they have, get the secretary to type out all names and ages and who has a driving license, once that has been sorted another meeting is called to take out the most recent relatives that got work and then and only then, can they decide. Now as we all know, our council has never had a decent idea that they have not stole from someone else, hence the cardboard clock, all the why from Wales.

how about opening the mutistory car park making the town pedestrianised most towns now are this way, make them use the multistory park the trouble with the drivers in greenock the are to lazy fat arsed to walk any distance they want to step out of their cars right into the shops. the bull ring was supposed to be a multistorey car park and where tesco`s is was supposed to be a hotel when the new town centre was built

I've been to Malta. The Maltese are very trustworthy. Still don't think it would work here.
And we would have to train the wardens to tell the time whilst whizzing about on a scooter!
