No, of course not. All they want are more members. It's an ecclesiastical pyramid scam. Drug addiction has to be dealt with by trained experts, not do-gooding arseholes.

Yep and Greenock is FULL of them from people selling hypnosis for smoking cessation to so-called counsellors who haven't a qualification to their name.

well you never can tell....the job centre might start courses on those things to get folks back to work..6 weeks and your qualified.

well actually Linda, you are not very far wrong. JWC was running a crappy course called, 'An Introduction to Counselling' which gave a diploma on completion. Oddly, a certain local, 'wellness' centre in Greenock near a bowling green and an old hotel is staffed by many such, 'graduates'.
One of my cats has declared himself to be a psychologist.
