This is rather a sneaky one. Ok, so the sheltered housing complexes are operating well (according to the Council) but what about the rest of this rat's nest of an organisation? I bet they start bandying about stories that they are the best housing association on the back of this.
Personally, I'd recommend taking this report with a pinch of salt, I had many patients in these places and there most certainly wasn't universal approbation about the running of them. More than once I have had to speak to management. Don't try to tell me that things have improved since May!!!!!!!
