anything is worth a try but lets not kid ourselves , parents even buy their kids carryout or is it called a ( cargo ) now'r days, I have even heard parent say it is " controlled " drinking.
Parents also have a duty to their kids and society, so may I suggest a on the spot 1000 pound fine for the idiots who think they are doing a favour

we have seen young ones under age with buckfast in their hands....they are drunk like skunks and they dont realise the damage they are doing themselves....i bet the same ones shout at adults who are drunk.....shops have to take more responsability...they have camera,s outside their shop so they just need to watch them.......we used to see it at costcutters but they have tightened things up now
