Thats all fine and well linda being warned, but if you live on your own it can be a frightening experience, sometimes I wonder if these idiots look up the voters roll to see who lives on their own.

we have had cases like this in our court were the pensioner get's buzzed and they open the security door without a thought.....we have warned them not to let anyone in the court unless they know them.....it doesnt happen much now thankfully but i would hate it to happen to one of our tenents who has dementia as they would be so easily conned

its so easy to con elderly folks..... i remember folks that i new that were conned.....some guys with a truck came to their door and talked the couple into getting the back of the house paved so they could just walk out their french windows and onto the patio....the work was started but never ended.....they lost a lot of money..
