He certainly is if he thinks he can combine the work of a councillor with that of university course. Of course in that ward, you could put Robert Mugabe up with a Labour rosette and he'd win so we might have a real wean in the council rather than daft bastards who just act like one.
The bottom of the barrel has not only been scraped, it has been chiselled out. Next we'll read that they have been up Knocknairshill, 'digging' up more support. May will be an interesting month.

At his funeral we played " cap in hand " by the Proclaimers, he hated the fact of the council selling off Greenock, so I don't think he would be too happy if they awaken the lion. More than a few councillors were more than happy when he left this world and I was a wee bit surprised that they never attended his funeral to make sure we did bury him
