oh cabbage........HEAVEN....fantastic stuff...grated carrot mixed with grated cheese in a salad.........brilliant EEEEK!

love just about all veg and as for sprouts, hot or cold does me fine. I have not ate red meat or fowl for more years than I care to count. I made my choice just as everyone else makes their, but there is no way I will put petrified flesh into my body.
In saying that my family prefer red meat, and I am still working on the grandkids.
