?? It's a row of shops in a dangerous area. The only improvement that could possibly help is to blow it up! With my very own eyes I have seen the junkies swarming around to frighten and intimidate anyone foolish enough to shop there. I would force EVERY Liebore councillor to do all their shopping there, we'd tehn see how, 'arcadian' the place is!
