You really can't fault their logic...Inverclyde re-elected them so they draw the conlcusion that the masses obviously don't give a shit. If they don't give a shit then there is no need for public lavvies....

It is a necessity for anywhere to have toilets. i can see the mothers now with there kids held over a drain like the old days. Oh! well, pubs, clubs , shops and cafe's will make plenty. Mind you , in Savanah USA on St Patrick's day it cost $5 to use the toilet, it just might start here. Oh! and by the way that is not crap lol.
