There was further success for Inverclyde Council at the COSLA (Convention of Scottish Local Authority) awards. ‘Mentors in Violence Prevention’ – which aims to raise awareness of violence, in particular gender-based violence and bullying within a school setting – was awarded Silver in the ‘One to Watch’ category.

Clearly, whoever, 'judged' this has never read the Tele! Violent crime in endemic in Inverclyde.
