PASSENGERS from the majestic Queen Elizabeth liner flooded into Greenock yesterday to enjoy a rare day of sunshine on these shores.

"flooded"? Were they incontinent? So a couple of tight fisted arseholes eschewed a trip to Glasgow or Loch Lomond in favour of walking about Shit City. I hope they enjoyed Primark.

Impresssed passenger Paul Atkinson, from London, said: "This is definitely the best port we have been to. The welcome was amazing, we were met by a man in full Scottish dress.

"You just don't get a welcome like that anywhere else - it is so special.

"What a friendly place!

"I just think it is important to say thank you."

Christ! Moron in a kilt (did he buy it himself???) has impressed some balloon from London.

Delighted Clydeport manager Andrew Hemphill said: "This is a great day yet again.

"We are having a recordbreaking year - but it will be short-lived because we will have even more passengers and even more cruise liners next year."

Aye, it sure was FOR YOU!!!! All of the money made is spirited out of the country by Peel Holdings (owners of Clydeport) to the Isle of Man where they pay NO UK tax. Not very nice is it?
